A legal disclaimer
Bay Bins provides trash bin cleaning and driveway pressure washing services on a month-to-month or annual basis, with no membership fees or contracts unless a one-time service is purchased. Payment is required in advance, and services are scheduled for the next trash pickup day. Customers must place bins on the street as instructed; failure to do so will result in payment being applied for a non-cleaning visit. Refunds are only issued if Bay Bins fails to perform the service. If bins are not cleaned to satisfaction, customers must notify Bay Bins within 24 hours for a re-clean during the following service week. Bay Bins is not responsible for pre-existing bin damage, or any damage to driveways, lawns, landscaping, or structures related to water runoff or pressure washing. Results of driveway cleaning may vary depending on surface condition, and complete stain removal cannot be guaranteed.

Bay Bins – Terms and Conditions
1. Service Agreement
By scheduling services with Bay Bins, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions regarding trash bin cleaning and driveway pressure washing services.
2. Service Plans and Payment

Bay Bins does not charge membership fees, and there are no long-term contracts.

Services are offered on a month-to-month or annual basis, unless a one-time cleaning or driveway pressure washing service is purchased.

Payment of the invoice is required prior to scheduling services.

Once payment is received, cleaning will be scheduled for the next trash pickup day.

Customers must ensure trash bins are left on the street on their designated trash day. Failure to do so will result in payment being applied for a non-cleaning visit, with no refund.
3. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be granted if Bay Bins fails to complete the scheduled service.

No refunds will be issued if bins are not placed as required, if access to bins/driveway is restricted, or if service cannot be completed due to customer negligence.
4. Service Quality Guarantee

If the interior of a trash bin is not cleaned to the customer’s satisfaction, the bin will be re-cleaned at no additional cost during the following service week.

The customer must notify Bay Bins within 24 hours of service completion to request a re-clean.
5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring trash bins are accessible, empty of household waste, and placed in the proper location for service.

Customers must promptly notify Bay Bins of any pre-existing damage to bins. Failure to notify Bay Bins prior to service releases Bay Bins from liability.
6. Liability

Bay Bins is not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage to trash bins.

Damage to concrete driveways caused by pressure washing.

Damage to lawns, landscaping, or household structures as a result of water overspray or runoff.

7. Driveway Pressure Washing

Due to the nature of high-pressure cleaning, variations in results may occur depending on age, material, and condition of the surface.

Bay Bins does not guarantee removal of all stains (e.g., oil, rust, or deep discoloration).
8. Amendments
Bay Bins reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will apply to all future services.
